Position Description
CAs are the face of the front desk, often acting as the primary connector between students, staff, and campus resources. CAs are responsible for supporting the facilitation of a welcoming, caring, healthy, and safe environment. CAs are also responsible for providing a high level of service excellence as well as monitoring the front desk area to ensure the safety and security of the residents

All staff must be available for at least two of the major university breaks (Fall Break, Thanksgiving, last 2 weeks of January, and Spring Break).
