Application and Interview Process Overview
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION (ROUND 1)
The job application will open on November 10th, 2025 and close on February 5th, 2026. Applications may not be accepted after the deadline. You will be notified by February 13th, 2026 if you have been selected to advance to the second round.
ATTEND AN INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEW (ROUND 2)
If selected to move on in the process, you will receive an email with instructions by February 13th, 2026 for signing up for your individual interview with two staff members from the Office of Student Housing. Individual Interviews will take place between February 23rd-27th, 2026. Please note that interviews will be completed majority in-person. At the time of your interview, you will be interviewed for all Office of Student Housing student leadership positions for which you have applied.
Interviews will be held for 30 minutes.
HIRING DECISIONS
All staff position decisions will be released on March 6th, 2026.
NEXT STEPS
- Accept your offer by filling out your intent form by March 23rd, 2026.
- WAIT for additional information to be sent by the end of the semester.
The deadline to submit your intent form to accept your offered position will be March 23rd, 2026.
